• Research program data: if you become a beta partner, we may collect Google Search Console access, sales call transcripts, and team survey responses as part of the Prompt Index process. This data is only collected with your explicit consent and is used exclusively for your research program.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics: we use Heap Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. These tools collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and referral source. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
• Cookies: our analytics providers set cookies to distinguish unique visitors. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

How we use your data

• To respond to demo requests and beta applications

AI citation research data

Our research engine queries public AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) with prompts and records which URLs are cited in the responses. This data consists entirely of publicly available AI-generated responses and publicly accessible web pages. We do not scrape private content, access password-protected pages, or collect personal data through our research engine.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Heap Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Calendar (for demo scheduling), and Resend (for transactional email).
• Research validation: we may cross-reference aggregated, anonymized citation data against third-party datasets (such as Profound) for research validation. No client-specific data is shared in this process.

Data retention

Contact information is retained for as long as we have an active business relationship with you. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention policies of Heap and Google Analytics. Research data collected for beta partners is retained for the duration of the research program and deleted within 90 days of program completion upon request.
